About the role

You will work on the ground with pilots and automation engineers to ensure sorties run smoothly. Expect to prep aircraft, capture telemetry, and close feedback loops that directly improve our fleet protocols.

You will

Run pre-flight, launch, and recovery checklists with the ops lead
Collect battery, payload, and weather data to feed reliability dashboards
Log incidents or anomalies and follow up with engineering for fixes

What makes you a fit

Comfort working outdoors with hardware and tools
Understanding of basic electronics or RC systems is a plus
